My first batch arrived with jars half full. Customer Service was great! After taking a picture of the jars and box, they quickly sent another jar. Kudos to Customer Service! Some settling does occur. Replacement jar still wasn’t filled to the top, but was better than the first 2. Love the product!

Hi... I have been using the 4 oz. Neptune Whipped Tallow & Honey Glow Balm for a while now & love it. But recently I ordered (2) 4 oz. Neptune Whipped Tallow & Honey Glow Balms - Order #242123 & I do not like this batch at all. First of all, the jars were only 3 oz., not 4 oz. like in the past. The jars were both only 1/2 - 3/4 full...not full. Secondly, the whipped balm was not silky, smooth & "lotion" like as it has been in the past. It is REALLY greasy & feels heavy (& hot) on my face. They are greasier than the actually balm formula. I'm not sure if it was a bad batch or what, but I am not happy. I actually would like to return them. It melted and leaked out of the jar. Unusable.
My first order. I received like 6 jars, sod and the whipped CREAMY tallow. I was suppose to receive the chapstick as well. Never got it. I loved it and my kids and people I have jars did also. We used it as primer for makeup, the next order was lumpy and not same consistency. I then ordered just a jar of the one I thought was gonna be the whipped cream, white tallow, and honey balm, but it was just a Moore loose version of the tallow. I paid $38 for that jar. Your shipping packaging doesn’t look like you care about your product. It’s always just in a plain box with no wrapping. Not sure it’s worth the money if you don’t care what people think.
It came in not whipped. It may have gotten hot upon delivery and lost the whip so it was no different than the regular one

I have used the original version of your tallow and feel very loyal to it-at least until I tried the whipped version. It is delightful -seriously. The whipped has had more impact on my skin, which is surprising because the original does such a great job. The whipped has a little easier application and is seemingly more suitable when applying make up. My face and neck absorb it, giving my skin a youthful, hydrated look. Love it!
Packaging can improve. It arrived like this, totally broken.

I really liked the lighter texture of this variation for daytime use. When I reordered it, the texture was much heavier and very similar to the original balm which I use at night. Can you explain?

I’m getting ready to have my 48th anniversary celebration of my 21st Birthday! You do the math!
I tried this on a whim but I like the idea of natural ingredients. The first time I used it my skin had a glow that I haven’t seen. It was a little sticky at first but once not was absorbed my skin felt/feels so soft and moisturized. It’s also great for my very chapped lips. I need to keep this in stock at home so I don’t run out!

I am 73 years old and have used a full jar of the original balm. I loved how it made my skin look and feel after emulsifying a small amount of it in my palms and massaging it into my face every morning and night after washing my face.. I have just received a jar of the whipped balm and look forward to seeing continued success with your products. I really love the tallow balm! My skin loves it too. It helps with moisture and keeps the dry flakes away. I’ve tried many different products but nothing has the staying power of this balm. I’m 77 and no one ever guesses my age, I have already stopped using all my other products. All I can say is, try it! It’s so simple and really hydrates throughout the night! I also love that “a little goes a long way!”

I love its feel and think it will be great for wrinkles. The only little thing I found is that if my hair brushes my face in bed, my hair doesn’t work well with the balm.
