I did not take a before or after photo, but I love love love this product. Also love the lip balm (best I have ever used) and the original formula. I cannot live without this stuff. I use the jar with hyaluronic acid if I’m going to be wearing make up because it blends in nicely with my foundation, and the one without hyaluronic acid at night, and I lather it on. These formulas have reduced hyperpigmentation, softened my fine lines and wrinkles, and improved my overall skin clarity and texture.. I live in Arizona, where there is no humidity and very high dry temperatures. These products are a godsend.

Excellent product. Well worth the money. Lasts longer than one would think. My skin had become extremely dry. This cream took care of the dryness and flaking.

First I tried to cancel my order within minutes of ordering, and I was lied to about my order having been already shipped so it couldn’t be cancelled. However I have both confirmed emails of when it actually was shipped and the one stating it could not be cancelled and my order was shipped 24 hours after I received the email stating it was too late. Then the product arrives and all three jars are not even filled. I thought could be weighed out for a certain amount, but you can clearly see all three jars are not evenly filled, so that theory is worthless. The experience I had with this company was very disappointing, and I have been sharing my experience with everyone I possibly can.

It feels great once blended in, but it is a bit chunky and hard to break up certain parts.
I love the new tallow it has always been a great product now with the added benefit it is a great bonus

You should not send orders without asking the customer if they want more. I realize I had a subscription but you sent two more jars based on a timetable that should have been clarified. It took over four weeks for my initial order to arrive (small batches and all that) yet somehow the one month subscription delivery was not an issue. I had not even finished the first jar. The product itself is ok but it’s quite sticky so I only put it on at night. Overall - not a big fan.

I love the product …. But the jars are NOT FILLED with product to the top! I complained about this the first time, too. Your original beef tallow product is ALWAYS filled to the top of the jar. When you open the jar and see the product, substantially below, it’s disappointing, for the cost.

The first jar of Neptune's Advance Tallow Balm was great. The cream was silky smooth, blended in flawlessly and absorbed quickly. I was in love and ordered a second jar shortly thereafter. The second jar was the complete opposite. The lotion looked like English clotted cream in terms of color and consistency. It did not spread well and it literally is clumping like little beads of butter on my skin. Super disappointed with the second jar. Perhaps it turned but after spending this much money on a small jar, I'm disappointed with the quality of the second and would not recommend it if this is the formula moving forward.
First of all it took months to arrive. When I finally received it to try it out, the tallow balls up when applying to your skin like its curdling and there is a ton of waste because the curdles don’t absorb into the skin. I’m not sure if I got a bad batch but pretty disappointing. Patty

I started using this in the am and at night prior to my regular tallow with honey and it is definitely working. I love that there is no overpowering smell and it absorbs well in the skin. Will continue using as a pair for my extremely dry skin.

Refer the viscosity of the original and the longer lasting glow. Will cancel my subscription.
Not a fan of the Advanced Balm. The texture is nothing like the Tallow Balm, I think due to the glycerin. When I reached out to return (site says there is a “satisfaction guarantee”) I was told the ingredients are listed couldn’t return. Very disappointed in customer service and quality of balm.

I have used and enjoy the regular tallow product and wanted to try the new version. However it does not emulsify. I have tried to warm up the product in my hands and it clumps leaving white splotches on the skin that I have to wipe off. I will not be reordering this product.
