I haven’t yet received my lip balm, but the sunscreen is great, a little goes a long way. I truly love the honey balm for my face and neck, makes my face feel refreshed.
Order took way too long to get to my home. Communication about the lip balm being out for the trinity pack was initiated by me, asking about a tracking order. Tried to communicate by email only with your company and ended up disputing with Affirm, payment was due and had not received products yet. Second payment was due again in a few days and then after the pause of plan, then I got an email from your company. Product was never used once received by me. Daughter did not like it, took oily, broke out in acne and hated the smell it left after applying. Poor customer service, poor response times, poor products!

I love this product. It has helped my rosacea clam down and I am very dry so it gives me a deep hydration at night. I just ordered the wiped and the lip gloss and sunscreen after reading reviews. I am looking forward to the extra hydration. I am 66 years old and I can tell that it’s helped soften my crows feet and forehead wrinkles. I will keep ordering these products and refer to my friends.
I absolutely love the feel of these products. Especially the tallow and also the lip balm. They seem to be helping the appearance of the fine lines. I also use the tallow on my hands. It helps with the “old lady” hands.
I had a lot of dry patches on my face, and within the first few days, my skin felt less irritated and was healing. Definitely helped improve my skin

My skin feels great- seems more even toned and hydrated even after a few weeks
Received tallow jar that looked contaminated. The jar of Tallow has stuff at the bottom that looked like blood. Contacted Neptune for replacement and no luck. Requested full refund and sent pics, someone did reach out that it’s honey at the bottom and safe to use. No thank you! I’m not comfortable using the product and want a full refund. Weeks have gone by and no one else has reached out and no refund. I don’t recommend.
I am 36 and pregnant and not being able to get my usual botox and filler has definitely made my wrinkles a little more noticeable and of course hormones have not helped with tone and texture. Neptune Health's beef tallow balm as well as the sunscreen have really given my skin a much more smooth and supple surface. It even has helped with my rosacea redness. I do have sensitive acne prone skin, so I found using the balm every night while switching off the suncreen every other day so my skin gets a 12 hour break to breathe has enabled me to not break out from the product.
I am going to wait, for the results that caused me to purchase my first Neptune product. Sorry, I have not seen the over night results. My skin is already soft. I want something that will help maintain that softness. I don’t have wrinkles,but I have laugh lines. Which have not faded. So, I most wait. Although I would like a free jar. I don’t ,Want it so badly to lie to you nor your clients or myself. Thank you!
I have used the balm for months and I love it. When it was time to reorder I decided to try the Trinity Pack. Since receiving it, I have used the lip balm multiple times a day. It is incredibly smooth, soothing and hydrating. I recently used the sunscreen on a day trip to the beach. I applied the sunscreen to my face 2 hours before arriving at the beach. I was in the direct sun for over 2 hours and did not reapply. I only had an ever so slight pinkness at the end of the day. I would say it worked GREAT!!!

The tallow is wonderfully hydrating to my dry skin and it makes my face feel very soft morning and night. I love the tallow lip balm for its hydrating qualities. The tallow sun screen is fabulous. It protects my skin for my outdoor activities and it does not sweat off. Thank you

this was the product I needed !! I love this tallow & honey balm because it nourishes my sensitive skin and keeps me glowing all day. I recommend this product to anyone struggling with dry skin, acne, redness/irritation, and scarring.
Used your lip balm today and it literally felt like satin on my lips. They have been severely chapped for a week and 1 treatment has almost fixed them. The tallow cream is the bomb as well. Have not used the sun screen yet but will leave a review as soon as I have. Thanks.
